Posted on Updated on

The proximity based business networking app, AroundThen has been selected as the provider of the networking app for the event professionals networking group, the EWL Club, at their series of events held across the London in 2016.

Using the app encourages networking and engagement ahead, during and after EWL’s events with personalised welcome notifications and branded content sent to delegates on event arrival, with the additional options for broadcast messaging via the online portal.

The EWL Club is an exciting new initiative which brings together like-minded event professionals looking to develop their network, exchange information and debate business challenges through a series of monthly events including presentations, coffee mornings and social functions, each with a hot events industry topic and an industry thought-leader as host.

Helen Moon, Founder and Chairman commented, “We’re delighted to have AroundThen on board with us at EWL. We see their app as a valuable enhancement to our events and are looking forward to using it to its full potential throughout the coming months to maximize the benefits of attending our events for all of our members’.

Ken Mawbey, AroundThen CEO added; “Helping to deliver a more engaged networking experience is what AroundThen embodies, and so there is a natural synergy between AroundThen and the EWL events. We’re excited to be working with the team through the coming months.”
